The Cova d’en Xoroi is one of our favorite places to visit in Menorca. At the extremity of Cala en Porter, you will find a small building next to a parking.

Not really a fancy bar you say? Wait a minute… The Cova d’en Xoroi is not your usual pub.

View at the entrance of the clubThis one of a kind location is built against a cliff at about 25 meters above sea level.

A beautiful view on the sea welcomes you upon entering and, from there, everything will only get better and better.

Step after step, a wonderful stairway carved in the cliff will take you from breath-taking terraces to the famous Menorcan caves.

Whether it is with your family, friends or partner you should not miss out on this and visit Cova d’en Xoroi

Caves and terraces  always with a view!

The upper part of the bar is solely composed of the stairs and the terraces. The first one of them being a VIP area, you can book it if you wish to spend some privileged time with your friends.

The lower part of Cova d’en Xoroi is where you will find the actual cave. This is also where the bar, the stage and most of the tables are placed.

But what about the view then? Don’t worry, even the caves have several wide openings with view on the sea.

Cova d’en Xoroi– A club? A bar? A tourist attraction?

We talked about bar, a club, a point of view, one of the things to do in Menorca… but what should you expect if you visit Cova d’en Xoroi? Actually, all of it at once!

During the day, it is mostly visited by tourist who simply want to enjoy this great location while, at night, it turns into a club.

The magic happens during sunset, where both tourists and clubbers meet to enjoy a sundowner drink with chilled and laid-back music. The party really gets going once the sun has disappeared.

Clubbing in Menorca has almost become synonymous with Cova d’en Xoroi as the club that welcomes international DJs, live music bands and regularly host themed parties.

The Cova d’en Xoroi also proposes, in our opinion, the best sangria in Menorca. It is pretty strong but simply outstanding!

However, don’t expect to eat something here. The place only offers drinks and you will have to leave to find food. There is a restaurant on the other side of the parking but it is known to be rather average and apply very high prices.
